Swimming is a must in Texas and the swimming area at the ranch resort will not disappoint. The Lodge pool is an experience to remember with plush lounging chairs, a cool spa, swim-up bar, entertaining area and technology, which includes three flat, screen, outdoor televisions and surround sound. Enjoy all that the area has to offer or relax with the exquisite views and sounds of nature.

On a clear night, Picosa Ranch will showcase the night’s sky with a blanket of exquisite stars. Twinkling stars will stare down at you, urging you to find the patterns. We will turn all of the lights down and break out the telescopes for a stargazing adventure. See how many constellations you can find.

When you think of a Texas ranch, s’mores by the fire are probably one of the first things that pop into your head. This is by far one of our favorite evening activities. Enjoy the picturesque fire pit while making delicious s’mores and enjoying great company. And, if you’re really in the mood for the campfire experience, an old cowboy will join us at the fire to tell old stories of the land.
